Started out as a 1999 NB Miata that had been hydroplaned on the interstate. It was then left in a field for over 2 years because of the damage until one of my sons aquired it. He drove it for a while as is until he ran it hot. I traded a 04 Chevy Colorado for it and began the transformation. I stared by cutting off all of the damage and installing the cage. I overhauled the engine with new head. New stage 2 clutch, light weight flywheel, master cylinder. New seals and short shifter for the transmission. New upper and lower control arms, tie rods. Racing header. New brake calipers, drilled and slotted rotors, ceramic pads. New all aluminum 2 row radiator. New coilovers, strut tower bar. Tires, rims. And I know that I'm leaving something out. My wife and I love this little car, she says it looks like a HotWheels car and calls it "Joy riding" when we go out. We have been on the Tail of the Dragon with it which was AWESOME. We have put over 300 miles in a day ride in this car. Many people have asked me if it's a racecar but I tell them it's a GraceCar. It was headed for the crusher and I showed it some Love, Mercy, and Grace. Last picture is of another car I saved and turned into my camper(not finished but usable). DON'T CRUSH THE CARS, TURN THEM INTO SOMETHING YOU CAN USE AND ENJOY.
