2015 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Mod

This 2015 Corvette convertible is wrapped in white and has just 29,756 miles on the clock. Unlike most convertible C7 Corvettes which come with the automatic transmission, this one is a seven-speed manual. The owner of this car performed numerous performances and visual upgrades, making it a true 1-of-1 example.

The C7-generation Corvette is one of the most accomplished sports cars GM has built to date. Improving upon the already-brilliant C6 Corvette with features like a more luxurious cabin and even more performance, the C7 took the fight to brands like Porsche and McLaren and beat them at their own game.

Performance upgrades

This Corvette has a P1SC-1 Procharger, running at 7 psi of boost and upping the power figure by over 100 horsepower. It’s been tuned by Matt Sorian of MS Tuning, a very respectable tuning shop that has plenty of experience tuning ‘Vettes.

To help the engine breathe better and unleash a few more horsepower, it’s also been fitted with American Racing headers, American Racing high flow cats and x-pipe, and a Corsa exhaust. To reduce shift times and improve the shifter feel, its owner has also equipped it with a MGW short throw shifter.

Exterior upgrades

To make it stand out visually from other convertible Corvettes, this car has a Z06 grille at the front and LED side markers. It’s also been hardwired for a radar detector because, as we all know, this thing is two seconds away from breaking the national speed limit at any given moment.

Handling prowess

To help put all that power to the ground, the C7 comes with a limited-slip rear differential from the factory, as well as independent suspension on all four corners. This car’s owner has also slightly lowered it by using the stock lowering bolts, reducing the center of gravity further and aiding its dynamic capabilities.

Condition

This C7 example has been thoroughly looked after its entire life. The current owner bought it in 2017 with just 11,000 miles, meaning he has put less than 5,000 miles on it annually since then. The engine oil has been changed every 6 months with the recommended Mobil 1, and so has the Procharger oil.
