Anime Matsuri is an annual anime, Japanese culture and related arts convention hosted at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. Join thousands of fans and explore over 1,800,000 sq feet of anime, panels, workshops, Special Guests, celebrities, Vendor/Exhibitor area, Artist Alley/showcase, live concerts, Japanese fashion Show, Cosplay Contests, Gaming, and over 1000 hrs of programming including a Japanese car show!

REFUNDS Refunds are only allowed up to 30 days after the purchase date. There are no service charges for refunds, transfers to another person, or ticket information changes, but all requests must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Eventbrite Order # and appropriate information with your request(s). For tickets purchased after June 1, 2021, the last day for refunds is June 30, 2021. There are no refunds for tickets purchased after June 30, 2021. Please allow 2 weeks to receive your refund after the confirmation of your request has been processed.
Transferring between ticket types and upgrades (i.e. 4 Day Pass to Superpass) are not allowed. If you would like a different type of ticket, you may request a refund for the ticket you have already purchased, subject to the restrictions above, and purchase the ticket you want at your own convenience.
BADGE PICK UP Badges must be picked up at Registration. A valid Eventbite ticket with QR code must be presented in order to pick up badges.
ONE DAY PASSES One day passes will be available for purchase in June 2021.
