Stitch started out life as "Jones"; the fourth ND and only ND2 so far in the Flyin' Miata development fleet. This car was one of the first ND2s to be delivered in the US during the launch in 2018. Once FM was finished researching, poking, proding, testing, disassembling, dynoing and driving on the car, it sat in the FM warehouse, mostly neglected. In 2020, Travis was looking to upgrade from his '99 Turbo NB, Igor, which ironically was also an ex-FM fleet car. In Fall of 2020, Travis decided that Jones was almost the perfect car and bought the car from FM*. Almost immediately upon purchase, the car was renamed Stitch, due to it's resemblance to the Disney character of the same name. Even tho this car has a growing list of modifications, it's main purpose is a weekend street car, and with the tasteful mods and comfortable black leather interior, it's an absolute pleasure to drive!
